The Winged Spur Inn

"Deep in the heart of leafy Warwickshire is hidden a jewel, a place where time itself stands still,  travellers for countless generations have rested here to refresh themselves with good ale and food....this place I mention is known as the Winged Spur Inn and it lies in the parish of Ullenhall"....... anon.

To enter into the Winged Spur today is to take a step back in time, faint odours of beeswax from oak tables, tantalising aromas of home cooking, a dog dozing by the log fire, friendly locals engaging visitors in conversation as they enjoy real ales, fine wines and food....little wonder indeed that the Winged Spur holds the coveted title C.A.M.R.A. Most improved pub 2004.

The Winged Spur is still the social centre of Ullenhall, here you will find in addition to our local customers, business people , tradesmen and tourists.....and sometimes a celebrity or two.

We have a garden furnished with trestle tables for Alfresco lunches and picnics 

The Spur has always been a popular meeting place for groups of walkers and riders enjoying access to some of the finest footpaths and bridleways in the country.
